KO789 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

To register and use the KO789 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of platform use.
• Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the country or territory where you reside.
• Not residing in any territory or jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activities under applicable local laws.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• Have never had an account banned, suspended, or terminated by KO789 previously due to a terms violation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. KO789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a MyKad or passport) at any time to verify the information provided.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at KO789. Registering a second, third, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name or a different one — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of terms that may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your KO789 account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your account login details with anyone else, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least eight characters long.
• Change your password regularly, and do so immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi.

KO789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your negligence or failure to follow recommended security practices. All activity occurring within your account will be deemed authorised by you, unless you have reported a loss of account control to us beforehand.

KO789 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network

Deposit Requirements: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
